t’s pretty interesting that HTC has decided to rename HTC ChaCha and just call it HTC ChaChaCha when this Facebook device lands in Spain in the coming Spring or Summer. We can’t tell the reason why HTC rebranded the phone by only adding another CHA after the original name. Maybe it’s due to the culture background, anyway, for those who’re really interested in this device will never mind whatever the phone’s name is, it’s the phone’s features that really count.
The HTC ChaCha or the HTC ChaChaCha is pretty tight-lipped when it firstly came out except the facebook centered functionality, but now we have the full features about the phone. It is a smartphone combines a full QWERTY keyboard with the power of Android 2.4 in addition to 600MHz processor, a 2.6-inch HVGA touchwiz screen display, a rear-facing 5MP camera as well as a blue colored dedicated Facebook button underneath the keyboard.
Being unveiled in the MWC trade show last month, the HTC ChaCha is one of the two Facebook handsets that HTC released, with the other one called HTC Salsa that without a physical keyboard. Both devices are designed for those heavy Facebook users and the dedicated button will definitely help users have a quicker access to the Facebook to communicate or share pictures, music etc with friends or families.
