HTC has newly added the HTC Incredible S into his product line and announced this smartphone at MWC together with other five new mobile devices. Well, the HTC Incredible S seems to have a nice size that splits the difference between smaller devices and the slate-like enormity of the Desire HD.
The HTC Incredible S is equally impressive with the Desire HD versus other two devices (Desire S and Wildfire S) is that it sizes up with an ample 4-inch screen and the front is fully dominated by the large Super LCD display with the resolution of 480×800 pixels. At the same time, with building upon the 8MP camera with dual-LED flash on the phone’s back as well as a 1.3MP front facing camera, the device unequivocally represents the entertainment elements that will better capture the hearts of those camera enthusiasts.
Just like the chipset in Desire S, the Incredible S also comes with a same 1GHz second generation Snapdragon CPU. Well, the phone isn’t perfect in everyway, and the only fly in the ointment is the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system while considering the fact that even lower-end HTC Wildfire S comes with the latest Android Gingerbread. If there’s no update in the future when the phone comes out in Q2 this year, the HTC Incredible S will be unworthy of its “INCREDIBLE” name. Anyway, apart from the little flaw, the Incredible S is nice in every way, and I will give it an A+ if it ships the Android Gingerbread out of box. So what do you think of this device?
