LG Optimus 3D is to offer glasses-free screen as well as 3D camera

LG Optimus 3D has been officially released at MWC recently and we’re lucky enough to see this new member of LG Optimus families. This is an outstanding smartphone in terms of the 3D tech on the screen. By applying a dual-lens 3D camera as well as a glasses-free LCD screen display on this phone, we’d have loved to see something a bit more high end on a device primary focused on the entertainment. The display itself seems vivid, colorful and bright and is it perfect enough for 3D viewing, we’re eager to check it out later.

Judging from the live images, the LG Optimus 3D is reasonably sized with sporting a 4.3-inch display, and it’s mostly attractive to us all by presenting a comfortable holding. We can see a dark-pewter colored glossy front plate blends in well with the still black glossy smooth capacitive dedicated Android buttons, of which the design echos Motorola Milestone XT720. According to the leaked information, the rear facing dual camera is capable of making 3D videos and users can enjoy them on TV through the HDMI output or they can just watch videos on the smartphone, so the device is a mini TV set at the same time. As for what kind of CPU inside the LG Optimus 3D isn’t known for sure, but the current information is that it only rocks Android 2.2 Froyo. So if you are interested in the 3D tech application, focus on our website and we’d like to share with you more info in the coming weeks.
