The LG Revolution was recently announced by Verizon as another Android based device destined for Verizon’s LTE network after the HTC Thunderbolt. So LG has joined HTC or Motorola in prepping a new model for its LTE network. What we’re looking at here is the LG Revolution that touted as the largest and most advanced 4G network in the world, personally I think maybe it’s not appropriate to regard the Revolution as the “Most Advance” since the Thunderbolt also comes with very high-end features, these two smartphones are just neck and neck and only customers can tell which one is better.
New Phones 2011 – New Verizon Phones – LG Revolution phone
The LG Revolution looks an awful like the Thunderbolt while it seems the former is much more compact. Judging from the appearance, the sexiness could be obviously delivered out of the large 4.3-inch touchwiz display. As for the inner specs, what a device it is, let’s check it out: the LG Revolution boasts Android 2.2 Froyo at launch, supports DLNA, HDMI and Divx, has Bluetooth 3.0 as well as 16GB internal memory expandable. Now here comes the selling point, the rear of the phone reveals a 5MP camera with flash as usual, but the location of the camera is totally different from others, which located on the top of a narrow strip that makes the battery cover beset with shiny diamond. Looks pretty beautiful.
It seems that we will have four smartphones sized 4.3-inch in the near future, including the LG Revolution and HTC Thunderbolt for Verizon, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and the HTC Inspire 4G for AT&T, these are great devices, but at the end of the day, it boils down to your own preferences in software and the build quality, so which one will be your taste?
