FCC has newly approved a rugged device called Motorola WX450 that is destined for AT&T in the coming months. Together with the phone images, we’ve got a chance to reach out some features. But just as for the release date about this little stout, it isn’t known for sure now, neither its price information, but the current rumor is that it’ll land AT&T pretty soon.
The Motorola WX450 is a vertically-oriented candybar device with a BlackBarry style four-row QWERTY keyboard, which very much feels like the cousin Motorola Droid Pro that is also enable of easy messaging. In between the small display and the keyboard sit several dedicated buttons and a big square navigation key, of which the design matches well with those rugged phones. Well, features of the device are including 3G network capability, push-to-talk services availability, a rear facing cam with flash, FM radio and Bluetooth, so the Motorola WX450 really has been targeted towards those looking for an entry level device and aren’t critical to phone looking.
