There’s a long time for the Nokia X7 being officially released. Now that it has been announced in London as an entertainment device, we don’t think so, since both the display and the CPU are not that powerful for entertainment.
According to the press conference, Nokia announced it as a new entertainment device for mobile gamers while another smartphone called Nokia E6 also has been released at the same time, which is targeting for business users. Honestly, I don’t think the Nokia X7 is an entertainment oriented device, and evidence comes from the fact that this candybar comes with a comparatively weak processor with 680MHz, it’s even out of date now. Besides, even though the phone’s capacitive screen measures 4-inch, it’s just so so by presenting customers OLED display with low resolution of 360×640 pixels. Maybe the 8MP rear facing camera is the phone’s biggest selling point as an entertainment device. Well, to my great delight is the phone’s combination of stainless steel and glass, which has delivered a solid feel in the hand.
