Recently a sexy smartphone called Samsung S5830 hit the website and it is rumored to be the Samsung Galaxy S successor that follows the path set by the Galaxy S. As we all know that, the Galaxy S2 is to be unveiled on MWC on the Valentines Day this year and the rumored specs were pretty impressive in terms of the Android 2.3 Gingerbread, dual-core and 8MP camera, however, the purported features listed this time seem totally different from last time. Anyway, only when the phone finally hits MWC can we confirm the features.
Judging from the images, the front of the Samsung S5830 is almost all screen only with a square shaped button perched below, besides, the phone has rounded corners and wears a chrome bezel, both of which make the phone look very similar to the design of iPhone 4. I just can’t figure out the touchwiz dedicated Android buttons as usual, maybe it caused by the fact that the display is just turn off. Well, the rumored features this time include Android 2.2 Froyo, a 5MP camera with LED flash, WiFi, Bluetooth as well as micro-SD card slot.
No one can make it for certain that the Samsung S5830 is actually the Galaxy S successor, and I think that’s not a Samsung product (despite the Samsung Logo at the backside) since the device itself quite resembles the Apple iPhone4, if Samsung is wise enough, he won’t possibly make his main product on MWC to advertise for his opponent.
