Sprint launch HTC 7 Pro phone

The HTC 7 Pro phone has been officially announced way back at O2 Germany’s website last year, but there’s still quite a bit we don’t know about the date this device land US carriers. Now that Sprint is to launch a smartphone aiming at gaming, music, pictures and video on this Thursday, we guess that the HTC 7 Pro could be the most probable upcoming device for Sprint.

Since there’s only a handful of upcoming Sprint smartphones shown up at the CES, so if Sprint doesn’t want to be let down his customers, he should bring several nice smartphones at the beginning of new year. According to some resources, Sprint is to launch some smartphones at Q1, including the CDMA version of HTC 7 Pro, BlackBerry 9930 as well as the HTC knight and a Samsung’s portrait QWERTY Android device with Sprint branding, etc. So any device on the upcoming phone list may turn up this Thursday as a welcome surprise.

Based on the Windows Phone 7 operating system, the HTC 7 Pro combines a 3.6-inch touchwiz screen and a side slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Besides, you can also expect a 1GHz CPU and a 5MP camera on the smartphone. Overall, looking at these features, it seems that the HTC 7 Pro will be on the higher side and well match the honor in the ads.

Anyway, if you’re ever waiting for a brand new device from Sprint, things may be getting closer and closer and let’s find out the mysterious boy two days later.
